How can I help Detour donate?
- When you make a purchase with Detour, you have the option to name a charity you would like us to donate to.
- 10% of your net purchase total will be donated to the charity of your choice.
- You can choose a charity, organization, specific group or foundation. Just tell us the name and we will find it!
- If we have any trouble finding the charity you named we will contact you for more details.
- You do not have to name a charity at checkout, our give back program is completely optional.
- If you'd like additional information or have questions regarding our give back program, please contact us directly at DetourClothingBrand@gmail.com.
What if the item I want is SOLD OUT?
- Please contact us at detourclothingbrand@gmail.com if an item you want is currently sold out. We will let you know if and when we plan to restock the item.
How do I know if my item will fit me?
- Please refer to the size chart at the bottom of the home page for garment measurements.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing extended shipping delays. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for shipping and processing.
- Under normal circumstances, your order will ship out within 5-7 business days of your purchase date if you chose standard shipping (domestic only).
- Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
What do the care symbols mean?
- Machine wash warm
- Only non-chlorine bleach when needed
- Tumble dry on low **we recommend hang drying to extend the life of your garment**
- Do not dry clean
- Iron with medium heat **do not iron the decoration or the care label**
What is your return policy?
- Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds at this time. You can exchange your item(s) for a different item of equal or lesser value or you can choose to receive store credit.
